Hypnosis Video #1: “What is Hypnosis?”

I’ve decided to create a new series of videos for my subscribers to discuss hypnosis and hypnotherapy and some of the common questions and misconceptions people have – and also to give you exciting tips about how to take charge of your mind. Change is not impossible, but it does require a belief that it is possible to be different, and a willingness to try something different. In future videos, I will talk about this in much more detail.
I’ve used hypnosis to create improvements in many areas myself, boost confidence and improve communication, be motivated to follow through on tasks, create a business and enhance creativity. Yes, it still takes work and you do have do things, but it’s helped me be much more at ease. And that belief and personal experience is reflected in the experience of clients. Last week, a client told me:
“You should be shouting about this to everyone. Since I saw you for hypnotherapy, my tennis game has kept on improving. Before, my backhand was weak. Now it’s so powerful, it wins me games. What you do works, and we only had one session on that!”
As you watch this video, know that you can succeed in overcoming any immediate problem or concern you have. You’re obviously smart enough to consider trying something different. If you are reading this, then it is important to you that you make a change – be to losing weight, achieving a goal or breaking a habit. If you understand what a “trance” is and how it benefits and limits you, then you are able to change more easily because you can enlist the support of your subconscious mind.
